The tubes are rolled in a 20 second cycle sequence in the multi roller tube forming machine and transferred into the welding station, using a program controlled clamping system for variable diameter settings.
An ideal production cell for coated steel and stainless-steel tubes has been created with our tube production center „ Flexistar".
Proven concepts such as multi roller bending machines are combined with a newly developed tube guiding system into one automatic unit. This easy to operate and compact tube production cell can alternate between a variety of diameters without sacrificing productivity or efficiency.

Production centre for medium-sized short tubes with integrated multiroller rollformer
The production of short tubes with high productivity, flexibility and quality is the focus of weil engineering gmbh in Müllheim/Germany. The company founded in 1988 has perfected the design and build of roll forming and welding machines to produce finished tubes starting from blanks. A wide variety of laser, TIG or plasma weld sources can be applied for welding. The Weil Engineering product range covers tube dimensions from 25 to 1000 mm in diameter, up to 2000 mm in length and 0,2 to 3,0 mm in wall thickness.
