About us
Machine design in a class of it's own
Our goal is the design of machines for top quality, flexible tube production. We incorporate existing product requirements; combine high-tech applications with proven solutions and all this in line with the stipulated investment budget.
Our modular range of machines combines tested rollforming and welding technology to manufacture your top-quality short tube products. Every machine can be fitted with automation components to enable low-staffed production.
Weil engineering places particular value on stability and safety: closed welded machine housings, good access via large maintenance windows, fully-automatic operation through standardised automation components.
Automated clamping procedures achieve optimum, reproducible rollforming and welding results and enable uncomplicated product-changeovers (within the technical parameters) in short refitting times according to the type of machine.
Design and development, software development, assembly and service isare provided in-house.
As a result of our association with a number of representatives and the subsidiary Weil Engineering North America LLC, you can contact competent partners directly for full service engineering.
